Applications for the “TRON Programming Contest 2025” are now being accepted

“TRON Programming Contest 2025” (https://www.tron.org/programming_contest-2025/), which UCT is cooperating with, has been accepting registration.

The registration entry and Program Plan submission were closed on April 30, 2025. However, you may still enter the contest by obtaining your own microcontroller board.
The application page for submitting Programs is scheduled to open on May 30.

The theme of the Contest in 2025 is “TRON × AI — Utilizing AI.” The contest calls for innovative submissions that incorporate AI technology to pursue new possibilities by combining real-time OS (RTOS) and AI. We look forward to receiving your ambitious works that will help us create the future together.

In this contest, “μT-Kernel 3.0” is used. UCT provides μT-Kernel 3.0 free of charge on GitHub with its unique modifications necessary for particular hardware, and supports those who want to use it for the contest as well as other purposes.
We provide services to help solve technical issues, such as porting to new CPU boards and supporting device driver development. We also support the use of μT-Kernel 3.0 in a wide range of applications, including projects that combine AI and RTOSs.

This contest is a place to demonstrate creativity using AI technology. We hope that you will improve your skills through challenges based on the theme and create future-oriented works.
We also hope that you will take advantage of μT-Kernel 3.0 and the support provided by UCT to explore new possibilities in application development beyond the contest. For details, please visit the official website.
