Smart Locker in Conjunction with Attendance Management Systems

• The briefcases and folders that bus drivers bring to their buses are stored in 290 smart lockers.
• In order to gain access to the luggage, self-identification, validation on drivers’ license, physical condition checks such as an alcohol test, blood pressure measurement, and health declaration will be conducted.
• After all checks have been cleared, the drivers must place an ID card (Suica) over a card reader within a certain time period. Then the locker containing the work luggage to their bus will open.
• A mechanical emergency unlocking function is provided in case of a network interruption.
