IoT-Engine is an MCU module with a Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) to turn devices and sensors into IoT nodes. A 6LoWPAN border router as a WPAN base station can accommodate multiple IoT-Engine devices and let them talk directly to the cloud.

IoT-Engine has a standardized connector and accelerates the development of application devices by using standardized Application Program Interface (API). Connection with IoT-Aggregator, which is being standardized by TRON Forum, in the cloud will realize Aggregate Computing, a next-generation application framework for the collaboration of IoT devices with other IoT devices and between cloud services.
